When merging from PLD be aware of fuckups:

- no suexec-fcgi patch
- oversplitted mod_socache_*, do not do this
- mod_ssl: R: mod_socache_shmcb, this isn't correct, you don't need to use SSLSessionCache at all or can also use dbm
- pack all so_cache modules in one subpackage
- mod_slotmem-* - same as mod_socache
